I’m Zen Lara an Atlanta-based design consultant and systems thinker working at the intersection of embodiment and systems.

Through Zen Design Labs, I consult with groups on the stuff underneath the work: how teams communicate, where trust breaks down, and what needs naming. I bring 10+ years in design systems and a facilitation-first approach to help organizations listen better and move with more coherence.
